Eric J. Parker, Named a Member of the Dean's Advisory Committee of Suffolk University Law School - April 25, 2008
Boston. Parker Scheer LLP co-founder and Managing Partner, Eric J. Parker, has been appointed to a three year term as a member of the Dean's Advisory Committee of the Suffolk University Law School. The appointment was made by Suffolk Law School Dean Alfred C. Aman, Jr. on April 25th, 2008. The purpose of the Committee is to serve as an advisor to the Dean of the Law School in a wide range of areas, including evaluation of the Law School and its programs, fundraising efforts, national standing, and other relevant matters.

Secures $250,000 Motor Vehicle Negligence Settlement - April, 2008
The plaintiff, a 32 year old male, was operating his motorcycle along Route 16 (Washington Street) in Sherborn, Massachusetts when the traffic in front of him began to slow. In response, plaintiff slowed his motorcycle and was almost at a complete stop when he was struck from behind by a sport utility vehicle, operated by the defendant. Upon impact, the plaintiff was thrown forward into the air before falling to the road. The plaintiff was then struck again by the defendant’s car and dragged beneath it.... Read

them at the Tenney Grammar School in Methuen, Massachusetts on
