Heather Boutet
Heather M. Boutet is a Partner and a member of the firm’s Tort Litigation Practice Group. Heather has extensive experience in a wide range of complex personal injury claims including Medical Malpractice, Premises Liability, Product Liability, Automobile Negligence, Dog Bite Injuries, and Nursing Home Negligence. She has helped many clients navigate through difficult and often confusing times and has an impressive track record of success in complex personal injury matters.
As an active member of the Massachusetts legal and business communities, Heather is involved in the Suffolk University Pre-Law Program, serving as a mentor to undergraduate paralegal students at Suffolk University who are interested in pursuing a career in law. Heather also serves on the 2023-2024 Suffolk University Law School Alumni GOLD Council and is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the professional networking group, USA500 Clubs.
Outside the office, Heather volunteers with Special Surfers, a non-profit organization that provides an opportunity for people with special needs to surf. She is also a founding board member of Friends of Medford Recreation, a non-profit organization that assists in expanding accessibility to recreational programs offered by the City of Medford to members of her community who may be facing financial hardship. Heather was named an “Up & Coming Lawyer” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly in 2024, has been named a “Rising Star” by Massachusetts Super Lawyers for six years, and was named a “Top Women Attorney” in Massachusetts in 2021. She has also been named a “Top Lawyer” by Boston Magazine.
