Shannon MacDonald

Shannon C. MacDonald is an Associate Attorney and a member of the firm’s Tort Litigation and Employment Practice Groups. She represents both individual clients and organizations in complex matters involving civil liability, workplace disputes, and employment related claims.
In her tort litigation work, Shannon assists clients across a broad spectrum of civil liability claims including negligence, premises liability, professional liability, and other complex matters. On the employment law side, she counsels both employers and employees in navigating workplace disputes, including separation agreements, discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour issues, non-competition and severance agreements, and other legal matters involving workplace compliance and dispute resolution.
Prior to becoming an Associate Attorney at Parker Scheer, Shannon served as a law clerk at the firm, where she assisted attorneys with civil litigation matters, case preparation, legal research, and discovery strategy. She also served as a legal intern with the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office in the Appeals Unit.
Shannon earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where she served as Note Editor of the Moot Court Honor Board Journal of Trial and Appellate Review, and her B.A. from St. Lawrence University.
