Andre M. Lagomarsino

Andre Lagomarsino is a partner and co-founder of the Las Vegas office of Parker Scheer Lagomarsino. Mr. Lagomarsino’s practice focuses on complex injury litigation and strategic business planning and oversight. He currently represents individuals and businesses in lawsuits involving serious personal injury, commercial matters, insurance bad faith, and egregious violations of personal and property rights. As the Las Vegas partner in the firm, Mr. Lagomarsino maintains an aggressive litigation practice with special emphasis on serious personal injury litigation, including injuries involving traumatic brain injury, violent vehicle collisions, and serious injuries caused by defective and dangerous products. His experience in representing personal injury plaintiffs allows him to provide superior representation in serious personal injury cases.

Mr. Lagomarsino was born and raised in Las Vegas and has represented individuals and businesses in Nevada for over 10 years. After working for over 5 years with the renowned Campbell and Williams litigation law firm, Mr. Lagomarsino formed Lagomarsino Law Office in January 2003. Nearly 4 years later, he joined forces with the esteemed Boston law firm, Parker Scheer, to provide premium representation in Las Vegas.

David Romanow

David Romanow is an associate and a member of Parker Scheer Lagomarsino’s Complex Personal Injury and Business Litigation Groups. Mr. Romanow has experience dealing with wide-ranging and complicated facets of the law and has worked on cases involving complex anti-trust litigation, heath care legislation, sexual harassment, governmental affairs, regulatory matters, medical malpractice, deprivation of constitutional rights, and business and commercial litigation.
