Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, the State's leading weekly legal newspaper, announced its semi-annual list of the top five highest grossing Massachusetts verdicts and settlements, which included Parker Scheer LLP as the fourth highest settlement in the Commonwealth, year-to-date. The case, which involved the tragic death of a semi-retired fire-fighter, was resolved by Parker Scheer lawyers Eric J. Parker and Susan M. Bourque for a total of $850,000.00.
