Plaintiff was vacationing in Las Vegas, Nevada and was a guest at a local resort. Plaintiff went to use the shower in her hotel room. Shortly after Plaintiff turned on the shower, she slipped and fell into the shower/tub and sustained serious injuries.

As a result of the incident, Plaintiff suffered broken bones, fractured ribs and associated neck, back and right shoulder injuries. Plaintiff required surgery and physical therapy.
