Ryan P.B. Kelly is a partner in the firm and directs Parker Scheer’s Real Estate Practice Group where, together with a highly trained staff of professionals, he represents developers, investors, purchasers, lenders, owner/occupants, and tenants of real estate, in all aspects of real estate law.

In addition to his active real estate practice, Attorney Kelly also concentrates in corporate matters including corporate formation, governance, business finance, strategic planning, contract drafting and negotiation, management and ownership succession, and a wide variety of peripheral legal issues that arise in the course of operating a Massachusetts-based business and planning for its future.

In 2008, Mr. Kelly was selected by Boston Magazine and Super Lawyers Magazine as a "New England Rising Star" in the area of Real Estate Law - a distinction bestowed on only 2.5% of the attorneys practicing in the six New England states.

Mr. Kelly makes his home in Charlestown, Massachusetts.
