Eric J. Parker is a co-founder of Parker Scheer LLP and serves as the firm's Managing Partner. With over 20 years of experience in complex personal injury trial work, Mr. Parker represents adults and children injured or killed as a result of defectively designed and manufactured products, as well as victims of medical and dental malpractice, defective premises, motor vehicle negligence, and aviation related injury or death.
Mr. Parker is an elected member of the
American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA; Elected Vice President,
Massachusetts Chapter, 2007), and a member of the American
Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial
Lawyers of America), the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys,
the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Lawyer-Pilots Bar Association,
and the National Transportation Safety Board Bar Association.
Mr. Parker has been named a "Massachusetts Super Lawyer"
by the publishers of Boston Magazine every
year since the designation was first created in 2004 (given
to the top 5% of all Massachusetts attorneys), and is a certified
member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Mr. Parker has received the highest

In addition to serving as director of
the firm's Complex Personal Injury Practice Group, Mr. Parker
is also an FAA licensed Private Pilot, and was a founding
member of the Board of Trustees of the Media and Technology
Charter High School of Boston (Elected Chairman of the Board,
2001-2005), whose mission is to prepare at risk, inner-city
Boston high school students to succeed in college and beyond.
In 2001 Mr. Parker was appointed to the Editorial Advisory
Board of the Boston Law Tribune, and in January 2007
was appointed to the Editorial Board of Massachusetts
Lawyers Weekly, the leading weekly newspaper serving
the Massachusetts legal community.
Before co-founding Parker Scheer, Mr. Parker was a partner in the Boston trial firm of Sarrouf, Tarricone & Flemming. Mr. Parker is a frequent guest lecturer at Boston College Law School and has served as a trial practice adviser to student participants in the Harvard Law School Trial Practice program. Mr. Parker has authored articles on a wide range of legal topics with an emphasis on the representation of children in tort actions. Robert Stewart is a partner in the firm and concentrates in the

Mr. Stewart has extensive civil trial experience and has represented
individuals in a broad range of personal injury claims, including

defective premises, medical and dental malpractice, and wrongful

Practice Group, and serves as Director of the firm's conveyancing

Susan M. Bourque is a partner in the firm and a member of
Parker Scheer's Complex Personal Injury Group. Ms. Bourque
has experience in a wide area of complex personal injury claims
including medical and dental malpractice; motor vehicle negligence;
product liability; defective premises; and workplace sexual
assault and nursing home abuse.
In 2007, Ms. Bourque was named
a Massachusetts "Rising Star", by the Editors of
Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, an honor bestowed on just 15
lawyers each each year, who have demonstrated an unusually
high level of accomplishment.
Ms. Bourque also serves as Editor of the firm's quarterly
publication, The Letter, which features a selection
of cases resolved by the firm each quarter, as well as information

Debora A. Concepcion is a litigation
associate and a member of Parker Scheer's Complex Personal Injury
Group. Ms. Concepcion has experience in a wide area of complex
personal injury claims including medical and dental malpractice;
motor vehicle negligence; product liability; defective premises;
and workplace sexual assault.
Prior to joining Parker Scheer, Attorney Concepcion was a litigation
associate with the firm Zizik, LaSalle & Powers, P.C., where
she concentrated in the defense of motor vehicle related claims.
As a member of Parker Scheer's Complex Personal Injury Group,
Ms. Concepcion brings an invaluable perspective to her work
as a plaintiff's advocate, providing her clients with an inside
view on insurance claims practices and defense strategies.

Garrett J. Lee is a litigation associate and a member of Parker Scheer's Business Litigation Practice Group. His practice is concentrated in the areas of general commercial litigation, land-use disputes, construction claims, copyright and trademark infringement, employment disputes, and product liability claims. Mr. Lee has litigated complex business torts, construction claims, zoning appeals, violations of the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Statute, and employment discrimination claims. He also has experience litigating negligence, environmental, and professional liability claims. Mr. Lee began his litigation career at the Boston office of Burns & Levinson, LLP.
During law school, Mr. Lee clerked with Judge Mark Coven of the Massachusetts District Court, Civil Appellate Division and completed legal internships with the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority, Rosenberg and Schapiro, P.C., and Burns & Levinson LLP. He also served as a research assistant to the Dean of the law school. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lee was a Community Planner with the National Park Service in Boston. Some of his projects included the Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area Study, and the Hamilton Grange Relocation Project in New York, N.Y.
Mr. Lee is the president of the
Northeastern University Alumni Association. In 2007, he was
appointed to the Northeastern Alumni Board. In 2006, he founded
the Northeastern University Alumni Networking Exchange, a
business to business and social networking program for Northeastern
alumni. Mr. Lee is frequently called upon to speak to alumni
about the value of networking. In August of 2007, he was one
of the featured speakers at Northeastern’s fall commencement.

Ms. Caruolo has over 13 years of active experience before the Probate and Family Courts in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Ms. Caruolo has extensive experience in all aspects of Domestic Relations law, including divorce proceedings, child custody issues, alimony and child support, and asset valuation and post divorce modifications.
Before joining Parker Scheer, Ms Caruolo was an associate with the firm Gilmore, Rees, Carlson and Cataldo, P.C., where she represented clients in domestic relations matters throughout Southern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Andre Lagomarsino is a partner and co-founder of the Las Vegas office of Parker Scheer Lagomarsino. Mr. Lagomarsino痴 practice focuses on complex injury litigation and strategic business planning and oversight. Dennis P. Crimmins is of counsel to the firm, applying
his 20 years experience to the Business Law and Real Estate
practice group. Formerly a partner at Goodwin, Procter &
Hoar in Boston, Mr. Crimmins¹ practice is focused on
commercial real estate, with particular emphasis on representing
developers, lenders, and investors in strategic land use planning
before state and local permitting agencies; in negotiating
architectural, construction, and design/build contracts; and
on restructuring and resolving problem loans on commercial
real estate developments.
His expertise also extends to representing hotel owners and
their lenders in negotiating joint ventures and management
and franchise agreements, as well as advising pension funds
and other tax-exempt investors in making large-scale commercial
real estate investments and loans. In addition, Mr. Crimmins
has considerable experience representing buyers and sellers
in significant residential transactions.
After graduating from Princeton University cum laude in economics
in 1972, Mr. Crimmins served as a commissioned officer in
the United States Navy and worked in the marine construction
industry as a diving supervisor. While attending the Marshall-Wythe
School of Law at the College of William and Mary, he was a
member of the William and Mary Law Review.

Francis T. O達rien, Jr. is of
counsel to Parker / Scheer, LLP and serves as director
of the firm痴 criminal practice group. Formerly a founding partner
of the Boston trial firm, Wheeler & O達rien, P.C., Mr. O達rien
brings twenty years of experience in the field of criminal defense.
A member of the Massachusetts and Florida state bars and the
federal bar in Massachusetts, Mr. O達rien has also represented
clients on criminal state and federal matters in more than twenty
states.
Mr. O達rien痴 practice concentrates on all areas of criminal defense, including white collar, crimes of violence, fraud, narcotics, motor vehicle offenses and operating under the influence. He has extensive experience in issues relating to search and seizure as well as issues arising in the defense of operating under the influence.
Having successfully handled hundreds of cases of individuals charged with operating under the influence and other motor vehicle offenses, Mr. O達rien also has considerable experience with related issues involving license suspensions and requests for license reinstatement. He frequently represents clients before the Registry of Motor Vehicles and Board of Appeal for the Registry.
Mr. O達rien also has extensive state appellate experience, having argued before the Supreme Judicial Court and Appeals Court of Massachusetts as well as the Supreme Court of New Hampshire. One the federal level he is admitted to practice before the First, Second, Fourth and Seventh Circuit Courts of Appeal.
