Eric J. Parker is a co-founder of Parker Scheer LLP and serves as the firm's Managing Partner. With over 23 years of experience in complex personal injury trial work, Mr. Parker represents adults and children injured or killed as a result of defectively designed and manufactured products, as well as victims of medical and dental malpractice, defective premises, motor vehicle negligence, and aviation related injury or death.
Mr. Parker is an elected member of the
American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA; Elected President,
Massachusetts Chapter, 2009- ), and is a member of the American
Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial
Lawyers of America), the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys,
the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Lawyer-Pilots Bar Association,
and the National Transportation Safety Board Bar Association.
Mr. Parker has been named a "Massachusetts Super Lawyer"
by the publishers of Boston Magazine every
year since the designation was first created in 2004 (given
to the top 5% of all Massachusetts attorneys), and is a certified

2001-2005), whose mission is to prepare at risk, inner-city
Boston high school students to succeed in college and beyond.

Robert Stewart is a partner in the firm and concentrates in the

Susan M. Bourque is a partner in the firm and a member of
Parker Scheer's Complex Personal Injury Group. Ms. Bourque
has experience in a wide area of complex personal injury claims

assault and nursing home abuse.
In 2007, Ms. Bourque was named

Debora A. Concepcion is a litigation
associate and a member of Parker Scheer's Complex Personal
Injury Group. Ms. Concepcion has experience in a wide area
of complex personal injury claims including medical and dental
malpractice; motor vehicle negligence; product liability;
defective premises; and workplace sexual assault.
In 2008, Ms. Concepcion was selected

Prior to joining Parker Scheer, Attorney Concepcion was a

Ryan P.B. Kelly is an associate
and a member of Parker Scheer's Corporate and Real Estate
Practice Groups. Mr. Kelly's corporate practice involves the
formation and organization process, governance, business finance,
strategic planning, the structure, terms and negotiation of
various contracts, management and ownership succession, and
a wide variety of other legal issues that arise in the course
of conducting a business and planning for its future. Mr.
Kelly's real estate practice focuses on matters including

Jodie A. Caruolo is a senior associate and directs Parker Scheer痴 Domestic Relations Practice Group. Ms. Caruolo has over 13 years of active experience before the Probate and Family Courts in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Ms. Caruolo has extensive experience in all aspects of Domestic Relations law, including divorce proceedings, child custody issues, alimony and child support, and asset valuation and post divorce modifications.

Brian W. Putnam is an associate

Mr. Putnam was the Director of U.S. Amateur Scouting for the
Los Angeles Kings of the National Hockey League. Mr. Putnam

that have played professionally. Mr. Putnam has also been
an Assistant Men痴 Ice Hockey Coach at the University of Connecticut,
Colby College and State University of New York, Cortland.

In addition to his legal practice, Marty has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Boston College Law School since 1974, teaching classes in both Dispute Negotiations and Trial Practice. He has served as a Guest Instructor in Harvard Law School's Trial Advocacy Program, as well as a Teaching Participant in the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) program, and as a Guest Lecturer at Northeastern University. Prior to joining Parker Scheer, Marty was a principal with White, Inker, Aronson, P.C. for more than thirty-five years, twenty-five of which he served as one of the managing partners. White, Inker, Aronson, P.C. was widely regarded as one of Massachusetts' most respected domestic relations and civil practice law firms.
Marty holds an A.V. rating from the Martindale Hubbell Law Directory, a distinction awarded only to those attorneys deemed by their peers to embrace the highest standards of professional skill and ethics in the practice of law, and was named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer (awarded to the top 5% of all practicing attorneys) by the Editors of Boston Magazine.

Andre Lagomarsino is a partner and co-founder of the Las Vegas office of Parker Scheer Lagomarsino. Mr. Lagomarsino痴 practice focuses on complex injury litigation and strategic business planning and oversight. Dennis P. Crimmins is of counsel to the firm, applying
his 20 years experience to the Business Law and Real Estate
practice group. Formerly a partner at Goodwin, Procter &
Hoar in Boston, Mr. Crimmins¹ practice is focused on
commercial real estate, with particular emphasis on representing
developers, lenders, and investors in strategic land use planning
before state and local permitting agencies; in negotiating
architectural, construction, and design/build contracts; and
on restructuring and resolving problem loans on commercial
real estate developments.
His expertise also extends to representing hotel owners and
their lenders in negotiating joint ventures and management
and franchise agreements, as well as advising pension funds
and other tax-exempt investors in making large-scale commercial
real estate investments and loans. In addition, Mr. Crimmins
has considerable experience representing buyers and sellers
in significant residential transactions.
After graduating from Princeton University cum laude in economics
in 1972, Mr. Crimmins served as a commissioned officer in
the United States Navy and worked in the marine construction
industry as a diving supervisor. While attending the Marshall-Wythe
School of Law at the College of William and Mary, he was a
member of the William and Mary Law Review.

Francis T. O達rien, Jr. is of
counsel to Parker / Scheer, LLP and serves as director
of the firm痴 criminal practice group. Formerly a founding
partner of the Boston trial firm, Wheeler & O達rien, P.C.,
Mr. O達rien brings twenty years of experience in the field
of criminal defense.
A member of the Massachusetts and Florida state bars and the
federal bar in Massachusetts, Mr. O達rien has also represented
clients on criminal state and federal matters in more than
twenty states.
Mr. O達rien痴 practice concentrates on all areas of criminal
defense, including white collar, crimes of violence, fraud,
narcotics, motor vehicle offenses and operating under the
influence. He has extensive experience in issues relating
to search and seizure as well as issues arising in the defense
of operating under the influence.
Having successfully handled hundreds of cases of individuals
charged with operating under the influence and other motor
vehicle offenses, Mr. O達rien also has considerable experience
with related issues involving license suspensions and requests
for license reinstatement. He frequently represents clients
before the Registry of Motor Vehicles and Board of Appeal
for the Registry.
Mr. O達rien also has extensive state appellate experience,
having argued before the Supreme Judicial Court and Appeals
Court of Massachusetts as well as the Supreme Court of New
Hampshire. One the federal level he is admitted to practice
before the First, Second, Fourth and Seventh Circuit Courts
of Appeal.

Joseph M. Burke is of counsel to Parker Scheer LLP, and brings nearly twenty-five years of experience in the representation of injured workers and their families concentrating his practice in Workers' Compensation and personal injury law, including construction site and work place accidents; medical malpractice; motor vehicle negligence; product liability; and, defective premises.
Mr. Burke has represented injured employees and their survivors in workers' compensation cases before the Department of Industrials Accidents, and is counsel of record on numerous appeals before the Reviewing Board of the DIA and the Appeals Courts of the Commonwealth. He has tried dozens of jury trials to verdict in the Superior Court, all on behalf of those who have been needlessly injured. In addition, he has presented clients in Social Security Disability claims before the Office of Hearings and Appeals of the Social Security Administration in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
Before joining Parker Scheer, Mr. Burke founded BURKE and BURKE, a Wellesley law firm that focused its practice in the representation exclusively on behalf of injured workers and their families in work place negligence and products liability claims. This practice also included the litigation of construction site negligence and products liability claims and motor vehicle negligence in the Superior Courts of Massachusetts and Connecticut as well as representation of clients before Hearings and Appeals of the Social Security Administration.
